Couple Mr.Cro animations + creation process [Chukaijus]

Chukaiju is kaiju fighting game i'm working on.
Here is Mr.Cro's idle animation and some making of stuff in video

When i draw pixelart sprite i had no idea how to start animating him because of sophisticated skin texture
So to warm up i just started with animating one little element (leg) and all the rest was natural enough.
